Vinegar Hill Neighborhood Association was established in 1998. Since then, the Association has worked to improve all aspects of our neighborhood. Our boundaries stretch from South Grand on our southern edge up to Jefferson and from Walnut to 2nd Street. Vinegar Hill has everything from quaint brick streets lined with historic cottages all the way to our State Capitol complex. Vinegar Hill is truly the heart of Springfield.
